Return Policy

At Charki Cartel, we strive to provide high-quality food products and ensure customer satisfaction. However, due to the perishable nature of our items, we have a strict return policy in place. Please review the following guidelines before requesting a return or refund.

Returns & Refunds

• We do not accept returns on perishable food items due to safety and quality concerns.

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.

• Non-perishable and unopened items may be eligible for returns within 7 days of delivery, provided they are in their original packaging and condition.

Refund Eligibility

• Refunds are issued only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

• To request a refund, please email charkicartel@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. Once processed, orders cannot be canceled or modified.
